Bernard & Shauna Whitlow

Pastor Jay and Lady Tolori Freeman developed a heart and passion for outreach ministry while starting the college ministry for the church they served for over 17 years, Victorious Praise Fellowship Church in Durham, NC. It was there where they developed a passion and love for ministry that would transform lives and crossover cultural boundaries in churches worldwide.

They served as college ministry leaders for nearly 5 years before being asked to move into higher leadership roles as executive leaders in the church. In addition to his role as an executive leader and heading the Ministerial Leadership training, Pastor Jay also served as the Minister of Music where Lady Tolori served beside him in the Worship ministry as a powerful and anointed worship leader and director. Their passion and genuine love for people is so evident in how they serve tirelessly and sacrifice to serve God’s people.​
